Product Introduction
Purpose
The bimetallic thermometer is an industrial instrument suitable for on-site detection of medium and low temperatures. It can directly read the temperature of measured gases, liquids and vapors from the dial. It can be widely used in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, petrochemical, electric power, light industry, food and national defense.
Product Features
- On-site temperature display, intuitive and convenient;
- Safe and reliable, with a long service life;
- Various structural forms to meet different requirements.
Working Principle
The sensing element of the bimetallic thermometer uses a multi-turn spiral bimetallic strip. One end is fixed, and the other end (free end) is connected to the core shaft. The pointer type thermometer pointer is directly installed on the core shaft, and the dial type indicator pointer is connected to the core shaft through a corner spring. When the temperature changes, the free end of the sensing element rotates freely, and the pointer is driven by the core shaft to indicate the temperature change of the measured medium on the dial.
1. Directional Bimetallic Thermometer
The directional bimetallic thermometer adopts an all-stainless steel structure as a whole, which has good corrosion resistance, shock resistance and mechanical strength. The viewing angle of this thermometer can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 0 - 90°C, especially suitable for the needs of various industries for multi-angle viewing.
2. Electric Contact Bimetallic Thermometer
The electric contact bimetallic thermometer uses the change of temperature to drive the change of contacts. When it is connected or disconnected with the upper and lower limit contacts, the relay in the circuit is activated, thereby realizing automatic control.
3. Remote Transmission Bimetallic Thermometer with Transmission Function
The remote transmission bimetallic thermometer adds the remote transmission function of the thermometer without changing all the technical characteristics and installation dimensions of the existing bimetallic thermometer. The bimetallic element and the thermal resistance (thermocouple) element are installed in the same protective tube (if there is a transmitter, the transmitter is installed in the terminal box). It can not only display the on-site temperature, but also output thermal resistance (thermocouple) and two-wire system transmitter signals.
4. Shock-resistant Bimetallic Thermometer
The shock-resistant bimetallic thermometer adopts an all-stainless steel structure as a whole, which has good corrosion resistance, shock resistance and mechanical strength.This thermometer adds the anti-vibration function of the thermometer without changing all the technical characteristics and installation dimensions of the existing bimetallic thermometer, that is, the watch case is filled with an appropriate amount of silicone oil, and organic glass is used to make its tightness and safety better
