Product Introduction
The T□NF□-□37FSFG thermocouple is suitable for applications in flue gas, desulfurization, and denitrification devices. With the comprehensive advancement of ultra-low emission and energy-saving renovations in coal-fired power plants by the state, coal mill units must be equipped with highly efficient desulfurization and denitrification dust removal devices to promote the full operation of flue gas desulfurization and denitrification processes. However, ordinary stainless steel sheaths are prone to acid corrosion and embrittlement, and tetrachloroethylene (note: typically it's hydrofluoric acid or other acids causing issues, but '四氟化' might be a typo; if referring to fluoride, it could be 'hydrofluoric acid corrosion'; here, I'll assume it's about acid corrosion in general) can affect the heat response time. Our company produces corrosion-resistant thermocouples with external protective tubes made of metal sheaths treated with surface dissolution of metallic coatings (or: with metal sheaths that have undergone surface treatment involving dissolution of metallic coatings) and ceramic coatings to handle H2S corrosion. The effect is highly satisfactory, and they possess certain wear resistance, effectively solving the problem of acid corrosion
