Gas-fired power generation is one of the most stable decentralized energy supply methods. From the perspective of development experiences in developed countries and some Southeast Asian nations, developing decentralized gas-fired power generation systems is a necessity for achieving energy conservation, emission reduction, and sustainable energy supply. It offers numerous advantages such as energy saving, emission reduction, enhanced energy supply security, peak shaving in gas supply, and promoting circular economic development. It represents an irreversible trend in the modern energy sector. However, currently, gas turbine units in China predominantly rely on imports, and related process measurement devices are provided as auxiliary components. This often leads to maintenance issues due to high import equipment costs and long procurement cycles. The TRNB series thermocouples produced by our company are suitable for exhaust gas temperature measurement in GE's 9F gas turbine units. They offer advantages such as rapid response, shock resistance, impact resistance, excellent matching performance, short production cycles, and high cost-effectiveness, making them fully capable of substituting imported products. Additionally, based on the actual conditions of power plants, two types of exhaust gas thermocouples—box-type and compensation wire-type—can be selected to meet user requirements while significantly reducing user maintenance costs.
