Product Introduction

The XK□-□1□-□DJFG series fully armored thermocouples/resistance thermometers (or "thermal resistors", depending on context) dedicated for unit bearing pads adopt end-face elements, premium materials, and full solidification processes. They possess advantages such as shock resistance, high insulation, fast response speed, high reliability, and long service life. Equipped with our company's specially designed leak-proof connectors and oil-barrier structures, they resolve persistent issues of oil leakage and seepage, making them ideal for bearing pad detection in steam turbine generator units and auxiliary units.

The fully armored thermocouples/resistance thermometers produced by our company have the following characteristics:

  1. The armored thermocouples/resistance thermometers utilize precision-made thick-walled seamless steel tubes.
  2. The insulation for the armored thermocouples/resistance thermometers employs high-purity magnesia.
  3. The bearing housings feature high-quality polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) high-temperature compensation wires (for thermocouples).
  4. They are equipped with specialized multi-seal type leak-proof connectors for leading out wires from the bearing housings, ensuring no oil leakage or seepage.
  5. Shock resistance performance: During regular operation, the elements and circuits will not open or short circuit, and the armored elements will not fracture or get damaged.
  6. Oil flow impact resistance of the armored elements: Within the warranty period and the entire service life, the armor will not fracture, and there will be no open circuits or short circuits.
  7. The thermocouples/resistance thermometers can still operate normally when the armored sheath is flattened by external force but not broken open.
  8. The leading-out wires are sealed to prevent oil leakage and seepage
