Product Introduction
The XMNF-9873FSFG series thermocouples are heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and wear-resistant, making them suitable for temperature detection in the furnace walls of environmental-friendly thermal power plants (waste-to-energy plants) and mechanically ventilated incinerators. The working environment of incinerator furnace walls is harsh, with temperatures ranging from 880°C to 1200°C. Ordinary thermocouples, when operating for prolonged periods in corrosive flue gases, high temperatures, and dust, are prone to coking, wear, and even damage to the protective tube, with a typical service life of only one month. Our company's patented product employs a rare metal alloy sheath crafted through a special process, with a surface that dissolves metal-ceramic alloy, enabling it to withstand high-temperature oxidation, corrosion, wear, and impact, as well as bending. This significantly extends the service life of the thermocouple.
