Thermowell-equipped thermocouples are primarily used for measuring temperatures in steam pipelines and boilers. They employ a separable design with a protection tube and a thermocouple. During use, the outer protection tube can be welded or mechanically fixed to the equipment, and then the thermocouple element can be inserted to operate. This design not only enhances the working pressure capability and service life of the protection tube but also facilitates the maintenance and replacement of the thermocouple. Currently, this structural form is widely adopted both domestically and internationally.
Our company produces thermowell-equipped thermocouple products in five different structures and installation methods, allowing users to choose based on varying temperatures, pressures, and medium flow rates. The thermowell protection tubes adopt an integral drilling method, eliminating the need for welding at the end, thereby improving the strength and service life of the thermowell protection tubes
