The ZMQF/ZSQF series pneumatic bottom-entry valves adopt an integrated straight-through structure. The valve features a streamlined, unobstructed flow channel, with the inner surface of the flow channel treated by sandblasting, making it smooth, wear-resistant, with low flow resistance, and no dead angles. The soft seal ensures zero leakage, while the hard seal is welded using Stellite alloy, suitable for high-temperature applications and work environments with solid particulate media that cause abrasion. When used with food media, the inner surface is coated with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), providing extremely strong corrosion resistance and meeting hygienic standards.
