Product Introduction

The ZSHO/ZAJO series "O" type block ball valve is a two-piece ball valve structure. The valve body consists of a main and a secondary part. The ball core has a full bore, offering a high flow coefficient and low flow resistance. The soft-sealed ball core surface undergoes a special process for hardening treatment, rendering it smooth and wear-resistant. The valve seat sealing material is carbon fiber-reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE); the hard-sealed ball core surface is treated with spray-coated tungsten carbide, providing excellent wear resistance. The valve seat sealing material is a stainless steel brazed titanium zirconium alloy, ensuring a long service life. The actuator employs a high-performance double-piston gear-and-rack structure, featuring high transmission efficiency and a compact design, or an electronic electric actuator. The nominal bore range for this series of products is DN15–300mm (1/2"–12"), with nominal pressure ratings of PN1.6, 4.0, 6.3 MPa (150lb, 300lb).

Features

  1. Valve seat limited-position structure (torque stability): The valve seat sealing rings are reasonably pre-tightened and positioned, significantly reducing operating torque. Springs are installed at the bottom of the valve seat to maintain stable torque.

  2. Valve stem anti-blowout design (safe and reliable): The valve stem is installed in a downward-facing manner to prevent it from being ejected due to excessive medium pressure, thereby completely eliminating safety hazards.

  3. Unique fire-resistant design (maintains sealing after fire exposure): The soft-sealed valve seat employs a composite valve seat design, where a stainless steel seat covered with a PTFE sealing ring is used. There is a small gap between the stainless steel seat sealing surface and the ball. When the PTFE sealing ring is damaged by fire, the floating ball is pressed against the stainless steel seat under medium pressure. Simultaneously, relying on the spring action at the bottom of the valve seat, the stainless steel seat is pressed against the ball core, forming a seal between the ball core and the stainless steel seat sealing surface.

  4. Anti-static device (can conduct static electricity): A simple and easily installable anti-static device ensures that the ball, valve stem, and valve body remain connected as a whole, conducting static electricity generated by friction on the sealing surface due to switching.

  5. Standard actuator: Pneumatic and electric options are interchangeable
