The ZSHOF/ZAJOF series "O" type fluorine-lined block ball valve is a full-bore floating (two-piece) and full-bore trunnion-mounted (three-piece) ball valve structure. The inner walls of the valve body and the ball core are lined with fluoroplastic, primarily used for cutting off or connecting corrosive media in pipelines, and can also be employed for fluid regulation and control. The actuator utilizes a high-performance double-piston gear-and-rack structure, featuring high transmission efficiency and a compact design, or an electronic electric actuator. The nominal bore range for this series of products is DN15–250mm (1/2"–10"), with nominal pressure ratings of PN1.0, 1.6 MPa (150lb). Compared to other valve types, it has the following characteristics:
Low fluid resistance: The fluorine-lined inner wall of the ball valve is smooth, providing unobstructed flow passages. It offers the lowest fluid resistance among all valve types.
Quick opening and closing: Simply rotate the ball by 90° to complete the opening and closing actions.
Special molding process: The lining material is molded onto the inner wall of the valve body, providing resistance to strong acids and alkalis. The fluorine-lined ball core and PTFE valve seat combination ensure excellent sealing performance, achieving zero leakage.
Integrated ball and stem design: This eliminates rotational angular displacement, eliminating the possibility of the pressure-containing component being ejected due to pressure changes, ensuring safety and reliability during use.
Valve seat limited-position structure (torque stability): Metal limited-position structures at the connections between the main and secondary valve bodies and between the valve body and the packing gland ensure reasonable pre-tightening and positioning of the valve seat sealing rings, significantly reducing operating torque.
Standard actuators: Pneumatic and electric options are interchangeable
