The ZXG/ZDLG/ZAZG series pneumatic/electric straight-through cage-type single-seat control valves are pressure-balanced single-seat control valves that adopt a cage-guided, single-seat sealed structure with an S-shaped flow path. They utilize imported MA43 series balanced seal rings. These valves offer overall advantages such as stable operation, high allowable pressure difference, precise flow characteristics, and low noise. Equipped with multi-spring actuators or electric actuators, they are suitable for applications with small allowable leakage and large pressure differentials across the valve.
This series of products comes in various models, including standard, bellows-sealed, insulation-jacketed, high-temperature, and low-temperature types. The nominal pressure ratings are PN (MPa) 1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.4, 10.0; the valve body size range is DN (mm) 40–400; suitable fluid temperatures range from -150 to +250°C; leakage standards include Class IV, V, VI; flow characteristics include linear and equal percentage. ZXG-Q regulating cut-off model: Features a soft-sealed structure with a valve core achieving Class VI leakage standards.
