The ZXM/ZDLM/ZAZM series pneumatic/electric sleeve control valves are pressure-balanced control valves featuring a sleeve-guided, pressure-balanced double-sealed valve core structure. They offer overall advantages such as stable operation, high allowable pressure difference, and low noise. Equipped with multi-spring actuators or electric actuators, they are suitable for applications with large flow rates, significant pressure differentials across the valve, and non-stringent leakage requirements.
This series of products comes in various models, including standard, bellows-sealed, insulation-jacketed, high-temperature, and low-temperature types. The nominal pressure ratings are PN (MPa) 1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.4, 10.0; the valve body size range is DN (mm) 40–400; suitable fluid temperatures range from -196 to +560°C; leakage standards include Class IV, V, VI; flow characteristics include linear and equal percentage.
