Product Introduction

The ZXN series new pneumatic diaphragm double-seat control valve adopts a double-guided structure and is equipped with a multi-spring actuator. It possesses advantages such as compact structure, light weight, sensitive operation, large valve capacity, precise flow characteristics, and convenient disassembly.

It is widely applied for precise control of gases, liquids, steam, and other media, with process parameters such as pressure, flow, and liquid level maintained at setpoints. It is particularly suitable for media with high pressure differentials and larger allowable leakage rates that are not extremely clean.

This series of products comes in various types, including standard, bellows-sealed, jacketed insulation, and high-temperature models. The nominal pressure ratings are PN16, 25, 40, 64; the valve body size range is DN25–450. Suitable for fluid temperatures ranging from -250°C to +560°C across multiple ranges. The leakage standard is Class II to Class III. The soft seal can reach Class VI; flow characteristics include linear or equal percentage. A diverse range of specifications is available for selection.
