Product Introduction
The ZXPE type micro-flow diaphragm single-seat control valve can widely regulate the flow of various gases, liquids, and steam to ensure normal production processes. This series of products has a broad range of applications, with pressure levels ranging from 1.6MPa to 11.0MPa. The rated flow coefficient (Kv) is significantly smaller than that of the ZXP type, with a minimum reach of 4×10⁻² . Therefore, it can be applied in many scenarios requiring precise control of micro-flows, such as in fine chemicals, food additives, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and other industries.

Features

The valve flow path is strictly designed as a low-resistance, uniform-cross-section design, resulting in minimal pressure drop loss.

The valve core adopts a reinforced valve stem single-guide structure, providing excellent operational stability and the ability to withstand high-speed fluid impact on the valve core.

The actuator employs a multi-spring circumferentially uniform arrangement and utilizes high-strength rubber diaphragm actuator components, capable of accepting control signals with values ranging from 20-100 KPa, 40-200 KPa, 80-240 KPa, among others.
