The ZXPF/ZDLPF/ZAZPF series pneumatic/electric single-seat fluorine-lined control valves consist of a pneumatic diaphragm multi-spring actuator and a straight-through single-seat fluorine-lined valve. The valve and the medium-contacting parts are made of corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) ethylene, fabricated using a high-pressure fluoroplastic lining process. The valve body, core, seat, and stem are all coated with 3mm of PTFE, providing excellent corrosion resistance. The bellows and packing, made of PTFE material, provide dual sealing, ensuring superior sealing performance.
Features
Corrosion resistance: The inner cavity of the valve, valve core, valve seat, and valve stem are all coated with 3mm of polytetrafluoroethylene, which can resist corrosion from all chemical media (including concentrated sulfuric acid, strong alkalis, and aqua regia).
Sealing performance: Dual sealing is achieved using PTFE bellows and packing. If the bellows are damaged, the valve packing can provide a secondary protective seal.
Leakage: Since the valve core and seat are soft-sealed, the leakage is far below the national Class IV standard.
Flow capacity: The fluid passage is smooth, providing strong flow capacity.
Actuator (pneumatic): Multi-spring type actuators are used, which are compact, lightweight, provide high output force, and offer high adjustment precision.
(Electric): Electric servo actuators are employed, providing high adjustment precision
