Product Introduction

The ZZC type self-operated differential pressure valve is a device that can automatically adjust the differential pressure between one or two types of media without requiring an external energy source, maintaining the pressure difference at a constant value. For instance, in industrial furnace gas combustion systems, it is used to regulate the flow ratio of two fuels, methane and ethane (or other combinations), achieving ideal combustion conditions, saving fuel, and reducing investment. It can also be applied in pressure reduction, pressure maintenance, and differential pressure regulation systems for various industrial gases such as coal gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, ammonia, nitrogen, and oxygen. Additionally, it can be used in the seal oil system of hydrogen-cooled generator units to control the pressure difference between seal oil and hydrogen gas, ensuring reliable sealing.

The low-pressure end of the micro-pressure valve, when vented to the atmosphere, becomes a micro-pressure valve (see Figure 2). The main characteristics of the ZZC type self-operated differential pressure regulator valve and the ZZV type self-operated micro-pressure regulator valve are as follows:

  1. For single-seat micro-pressure (differential pressure) valves, if the upstream pressure is ≥100 kPa, a ZZYP type self-operated pressure regulator should be installed to reduce the pressure to ≤100 kPa. Therefore, it can be used in applications with extremely low pressures (e.g., 0.5 kPa).
  2. The actuator components are highly sensitive and can detect even minimal pressure changes.
  3. Pressure adjustment is very convenient, allowing for adjustments to the set value without stopping production
