Product Introduction

The ZZJP type pilot-operated self-operated pressure regulating valve (简称 pressure valve, i.e., pressure valve for short) requires no external energy source. It utilizes the inherent energy of the medium being regulated to introduce a pilot controller that adjusts the position of the pressure valve's core, thereby altering the flow rate of the medium passing through the valve. This mechanism keeps the downstream pressure (Type B) or upstream pressure (Type K) of the valve constant. The ZZJP-B is mainly used in scenarios where the upstream pressure is relatively high (0.2–0.8 MPa) and the downstream pressure is very low (0.5–100 kPa), such as in 50 mmH₂O (water column) applications. The ZZJP-K is only used in nitrogen bleed-off devices and must be used in conjunction with a nitrogen supply device. When used alone, it should be replaced with a ZZVP valve.

  1. Gas Pressure Reduction
    • If the upstream pressure is 0.2–0.8 MPa (above 0.8 MPa, a pressure reducer should be installed upstream of the valve), the downstream pressure is 0.5–100 kPa.
  2. Nitrogen Sealing Devices
    • Used in nitrogen supply and nitrogen bleed-off devices.

Features

  1. Pressure setting is achieved via the pilot controller, making it convenient, quick, and labor-saving. Settings can be adjusted continuously during operation.
  2. The control accuracy is about 1 times higher than that of the ZZY type self-operated valve, making it suitable for applications requiring high control precision.
  3. For the same valve, the adjustment range is wider than that of the ZZY type self-operated valve.
  4. It has extremely high sensitivity; even minimal pressure (such as the pressure of a 50 mm water column) or minute pressure changes can be detected.
  5. The pressure reduction ratio is exceptionally large. For example, with an upstream pressure of 0.8 MPa and a downstream pressure of 50 mmH₂O, the pressure reduction ratio reaches 1600
